We’re All Gonna Die

Ugh, this week’s comic is such a bummer. And so long. So many words. Why? Why do I do this? Actually, it’s just to get it out of my head, onto paper, and into the world. Then, in a sense, I’m just a little bit freer of it. It doesn’t really make much sense but I think a lot of people view life that way. You know, art is therapy to some degree. So, sorry if you had to sit through a DustinTherapyLand this week, but hey, I have anxiety about some serious issues. What can I do? I probably shouldn’t read so many depressing articles online.

Anyway, here is a picture of a horse.

  1. Clearly a lot of bad things are going to happen over the next 15-50 years and humanity probably wont survive, or at least not to a level above some sort of caveman existence. And yes the scary thing is that most people seem to not care, they carry on breeding not worrying about the world they are bringing kids into.

Dustin mate, you should see this as a good thing. You should do what I’m doing. This is a great opportunity to have the time of your life and to not care or feel guilty about the consequences, as there are no consequences. Blow all your time and money on hookers, drugs and addictive computer games.

Like this horse, why don’t you go out and buy it, then ride it around town drunk as skunk.

You have to learn to make the best out of a bad situation.

  2. I just want to point out the ads that came up at the bottom of this comic.
“Emergency Notification” and “Mass Notification System.”
    Oh, Doomsday Dusty.

Don’t forget Y2k. That nearly wiped us all out.

  4. Drinklytin, your sarcasm misses the point.

The bogus Y2K scare was EVERYWHERE. It was in the media 24/7 because it was a good distraction to all the real problems. “Hey everyone, Y2K! Oh noes!”

Funny how peak oil and all the other things Dustin lists in this page (except for global warming) are never in the news, isn’t it? Oh wait. It’s not funny.

  5. You talk about the end of humans as if that would be a bad thing.
